Job Description
Excellent business writing and proofreading skills to interact with clients.
Capacity to coach others toward improvement previous training and/or coaching/mentoring experience is ideal.
High level of analytical thinking capacity to envision how different scenarios may impact a metric/results, and analyze data to test hypotheses.
Strong attention to detail.
Six Sigma/Quality Management experience (must be able to understand concepts such as statistical significance, sampling, confidence intervals, data integrity, measurement system calibration, correlation versus causation, etc.)
Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, graphs, charts, etc.)
Hands-on experience with collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Teams/Skype, etc.
Customer service/advocacy experience (soft skills, taking ownership, escalations, etc.)
and technical support experience is must.
Research and understand current IT trends and Cloud Computing is an added advantage.
Previous experience of content creation for general and/or specific targeted audience is an added advantage.
