The Chief Marketing Officer will be responsible for market planning, market research, public relations, marketing management, and sales. They will oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies, manage marketing campaigns, conduct market research, build relationships with media outlets, and drive sales initiatives. Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to meet organizational objectives and revenue goals. Lead the sales and marketing team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management to achieve exceptional results. . Identify new market opportunities, conduct market research, and analyze competitive trends to drive business expansion. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, corporate partners. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, leveraging social media, online platforms, and other digital channels to reach target audiences effectively. Represent the hospital at industry conferences, trade shows, and community events to enhance brand visibility and foster strategic partnerships.
