Greetings !!!

Hexaware is currently hiring Analyst for Banking Process (Non - Voice). Immediate Joiners

Education Qualification: Graduate in Finance.

Work Exp: Employee should have good knowledge in swift payments and investigations.
Employee should have good knowledge in swift payments and investigations.

Thoroughly familiar with the Payment Concepts. i.e., MT 103/202/110/111 etc.

Contact external banks through SWIFT correspondence messages.

Responsible for handling Project Investigations on GIN and PEGA platform.

Pass payments adjustments entries on client accounts, internal accounts & Nostro accounts.

Investigating and identify root cause for an enquiry - Contact external banks through SWIFT correspondence messages.

Review Nostro accounts & ensure all outstanding debits & credits are cleared as per timelines.

Follow up with external banks for details, confirmation and recall of funds.

Verify Correspondence & Payment adjustments as per currency cut-off.

Investigating and identify root cause for an enquiry.

Co-ordinate with onshore/offshore teams in day to day activities.

Shift Timing:- Shift - Rotational shift. 5 Days of working with Fixed Saturday & Sunday Work Off

Good communication - Spoken & written in English. Drop facility available.
