Job Description

 Title: Store Incharge

Company: Dabur India Limited

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee inventory management, including procurement, storage, and distribution of goods.
2. Ensure adherence to quality standards for all incoming and outgoing products.
3. Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery and favorable terms.
4. Lead and supervise store staff, including training and performance evaluation.
5. Maintain accurate records and generate reports for management.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
7. Control costs and implement cost-saving measures where possible.
8. Ensure safety and security of store assets.
9. Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries and complaints.
10. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement initiatives accordingly.

Working Time: 10 AM- 6 PM

Salary = 20,500 to 45,500 per month
