Job Description

The HR Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring candidates to fill open positions within the organization. They play a critical role in ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent by implementing effective recruitment strategies and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Strategy:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans accordingly.
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Utilize various recruiting channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Candidate Sourcing and Screening:

Proactively source candidates through online databases, professional networks, and other channels.
Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and interest in the position.
Interview Coordination:

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Prepare interview materials, including interview questions and assessment tools.
Provide logistical support to ensure a smooth interview process for all parties involved.
Candidate Evaluation and Selection:

Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate candidates and make hiring decisions.
Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
Offer Negotiation and Onboarding:

Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate offer terms as necessary.
Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation sessions.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:

Track recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate conversion rates.
Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, and make data-driven decisions.
Prepare regular reports and updates for management on recruitment activities and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Familiarity with recruiting software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
