Translating product requirements into detailed technical designs of object- oriented software modules Documenting the use cases/user stories and functional requirements from project business requirements and as- is system behavior Coding of software modules with excellent code quality and full compliance with the design specifications Supporting in estimating design and development tasks Creating adequate designs for requirements and iteratively improve on them during sprints. Ensuring adherence to the standard SDLC processes and definition by gate keeping all development states of work Evaluating the existing states and help to define the future state architecture and solutions. Leading the development of the same Reviewing designs, code and test cases to ensure adherence to standards Owing the continuous integration pipeline for the team by monitoring and improving performance of unit testing, integration testing, and other non- functional tests Supporting the team in debugging and providing appropriate solutions adhering to design and development standards Do You Know(Technical Skills and Experience) 5+ years of full lifecycle object- oriented software product development experience Software development in a Linux or Unix (or similar) environment (Windows and Mac a plus) Working knowledge of common software development tools, such as IDE s, debuggers, version control systems, etc Experience working in a multi- branch source code environment Experience in mentoring and guiding a group of people and helping the team to plan and prioritize their activities Design and development of high- throughput, high- availability client/server systems desirable Systems integration of message- oriented or other distributed client/server systems desirable Experience with Python, Django or Flask Design and development of native iOS and Android apps a big plus Refine the product definitions/user stories raised by Product Management Team and Stakeholders, by asking the right questions and helping them to elaborate it Create estimates for the user stories and its underlying tasks along with the entire development team Design modules and components for the business requirements and document the same Develop modules and components by programming and testing them by writing automated test suites in the Continuous Integration suite Deploy the release by presenting the implemented items to product owners stakeholders and triggering the release and ensure it builds into production Ensure the product functionality and production systems are stable by closely monitoring the metrics and fixing any issues Do You Know(Technical Skills and Experience) Experience working in a complete life cycle of Object Oriented Software Product development, including product support activities Experience working in an agile team environment Knowledge of Data structures Algorithms; and Software development knowledge in a Linux/Unix environment Experience working in the technologies like Django/Python, MySQL, HTML5/CCS3/JavaScript, kubernetes, AWS services is preferable Working knowledge of common software development tools, such as IDEs, debuggers, version control systems, etc Design and develop high- throughput, high- availability client/server systems is desirable Systems integration of message- oriented or other distributed client/server systems is desirable Job Description Refine the product definitions/user stories raised by Product Management Team and Stakeholders, by asking the right questions and helping them to elaborate it. Understanding of the financial services business Established competency in statistics Experience in handling complex data sources and working on advanced machine learning techniques Junior Executive - Customer care and Operations Customer query handling (voice) Loan documents verification Review process the documents for loan funding Process the NACH mandate setup process Daily collections monitoring Follow- up with documents collection team. Do You Know(Technical Skills and Experience) 6 months 1 year of experience in Tele calling (Inbound/Outbound) 10th, +2 or Any Graduate can apply Experience in Financial Services Industry is an added advantage Should have either worked in Sales or Collections of Personal Loans /Credit Cards Language preference: Fluent in English and Hindi Responsible for revenue generation by assisting customers to finish online loan applications Ensure customers submit correct acceptable documents Explain why OYE loans is better, clearing customer doubt related to product Convince customers to take loan from us by having telephonic conversations Diligently follow up close pending leads and beat sales targets Do You Know(Technical Skills and Experience) Should have either worked in Sales of Personal Loans /Credit Cards/ Insurance Cold calling / Outbound call to customer Lead generation (Convincing skills) Multi- lingual (Fluent in English, Hindi, Tamil or Kannada) Experience in Financial Services Industry is an added advantage 10th, +2 or Any Graduate can apply
