Experience: 7 to 10 Yrs Location : Chandigarh We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully leading projects in the IT sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing the development and delivery of product from conception to completion. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline constraints. Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Coordinate and communicate project milestones, progress, and dependencies to stakeholders and team members. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively addressing challenges to ensure. project success. Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle. Foster a collaborative team environment, motivating team members to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality results. Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders on project progress. Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries and escalations, resolving issues promptly and effectively. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies.
