Qualifications:

Diploma / Degree - Instrumentation Engineer (mandatory).

Work experience:

Min 4 years+  of experience in Engineering manufacturing company. Fabrication Engineering company doing work for Oil&Gas, Petro-Chemical Industry.

Responsibilities:

Profile is for detail Engineering (post order) which involves detail engineering aftera ward of order as per customer/tender requirement. 

Details of activities involved as below:

Responsibilities:

Study of customer input documents/ tender documents/quotes/TQ/ other agreements. Responsible for all Engineering documents related to Electrical and Instrumentation. Responsible for in time completion of all Engineering documents(E&I)as per deliverable list.

Responsible for resolution of technical queries resolutions,customer approvals,

Engineering solutions with new upgraded technology within budget/ project costing. Engineering support for iFAT and FAT clearing.

Job expertise/Competency:

 Knowledge of field Instruments used in process and field like pressure and temp transmitter, control valve, actuated ON OFF valves. Flow meter, etc

Knowledge of hazardous area classification,instruments hookup and integration requirement. Understanding about PLC automation process,operation

philosophy,control logics and design to meet the requirement.

Expertise on Terminal automation project engineering, Batch controller, Safety PLC, Terminal server, Load rack computers,Terminal manager software,etc.

Knowledge of PLC design, IO selection and assignment,SIL requirements,Control narratives,etc.

Knowledge of Hookup of weighing bridge,barrier gates,card readers with our supplied system. Knowledge of communication modes, like Modbus,Ethernet,Fiberoptics,etc.
