 Job Description:      

      Good oral/written communication skills in English is essential.

.     Communicate effectively and professionally with end-users & customers.

       Understanding common hardware and technical terminology.

       Installation or configuring desktops & Laptops.

       Desktop/ Laptop security experience in terms of anti-virus, firewalls etc.

       Configuring Ms outlook & Network Printers.

       Preparation of Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly reports & Inventory.

       Different type of software installation.

        Managing Disk space, Processor/ Memory/ Network/ process Utilization related to client issues.

       Handle and manage troubleshooting problem like network/file system/booting etc.

       Wireless troubleshooting skills for office and home network users.      

      Basic knowledge & experience to troubleshoot the network devices .

       Basic experience with troubleshooting VPN Client issues.
