HR Business Partner - Consulting Firm only Female @ Shelby Management

Job Responsibilities:

- We are looking for a qualified HR business partner to oversee all human resources operations and ensure they- re aligned with our business goals.
- Ideal candidates should have solid experience with HR practices and employee management.
- She will communicate with the board of directors and with senior managers to express new ideas and suggest solutions, considering budget limitations and our company culture.
- Ultimately, she should be able to act as a consultant on human resources management and organizational changes.

Responsibilities :

- Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance to internal team
- Analyze trends and metrics with the team
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Lead the entire operation efficiently understanding the needs of the organization on all the services handled by Shelby
- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
- Identify training needs for teams and individuals
- Evaluate training programs and be able to specify for clients with assistance
- Lead Customer Service for Shelby. Create a sense of Value and build the brand value proposition
- Suggest new HR strategies
- Be adept in managing social media and keep the campaigns going
- Build network and meet new people by attending network meetings and other business gatherings
- Good knowledge on MS office and capability to do presentations
- Good spoken English and drive to lead
Requirements :
- Proven work experience as an HR business partner
- Excellent people management skills
- Analytical and goal oriented
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
- Thorough knowledge of Sales and Business Development
- Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
