Job Description Role: Digital Marketing Executive Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to, social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), content marketing, and display advertising. Create engaging and compelling content for different online platforms to attract and retain the target audience, ensuring consistency with the brand's voice and identity. Monitor and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance metrics using analytics tools to gain insights and identify opportunities for improvement. Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive relevant traffic to the website. Manage and maintain social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking. Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including the. creation of newsletters, promotional emails, and automated drip campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions. Develop visually appealing graphics and multimedia content for marketing campaigns. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, and recommend innovative strategies to improve campaign effectiveness. Identify and evaluate new digital marketing tools and platforms to enhance the overall marketing efforts. Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Job Specification Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or in a similar role. Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and content marketing. Working knowledge of analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to measure and analyze campaign performance. Strong creative skills to develop engaging content and campaigns. Analytical mindset to interpret data and optimize marketing strategies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners. Ability to take initiative and drive marketing projects independently.
