Job Title: Project Manager Company: Plexonics Technologies Ltd. Location: First Floor, Cabin no 1, Plot no. 181/23, Industrial Area - 1, Chandigarh 160002 Position Overview: Plexonics Technologies Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successful project management. Responsibilities: Lead the planning and implementation of projects from start to finish. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate resources, including team members, vendors, and subcontractors, to ensure project success. Monitor project progress and identify and address any issues or risks that may. arise. Communicate project status, updates, and milestones to stakeholders and senior management. Ensure compliance with project management best practices and company policies. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to support team success. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent experience. 1-3 years of experience in project management or a related role. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. PMP certification (preferred but not required). Experience working in a technology or engineering environment is a plus. Salary Range: INR 25,000 to 35,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
