Job Description

ETL Architect
12 to 15 years of architecture experience in applications development in a complex, multi-platform distributed environment.
Technical Experience
Hands-on experience in design and implementation of Data Warehousing solutions
Strong understanding on Inmon data model and its implementation.
Have built at least two Enterprise Data Warehouses from scratch
Must possess complete hands-on experience in anyone RDBMS such as Oracle, Teradata and SQL Server
Strong knowledge on SQL and procedural languages such as T-SQL, PL/SQL etc
Hands-on experience Informatica ETL Tool
Hands on experience is dealing with different ERP and CRM data sources like Siebel, JDE and SAP
Designing Skills
Must have hands-on experience of relational and dimensional modelling
Must have hands-on experience in designing Corporate Information Factory model (3NF)
Data Modeling Expertise Conceptual, Logical Physical in both Relational Dimensional
In depth knowledge on at least one designing / modeling tool such as ERwin, ER Studio, PowerDesigner, etc.
Must have experience in understanding business vision to prepare ETL solution architecture
Define database and integration tool selection criteria, standards and best practices for application architectures
Well experienced in designing ETL/ELT approaches while authoring the data flows
Identifying solutions to key technical challenges in projects concerning data warehousing and business intelligence
Communication Skills
Must have very good oral and written communication skills
Must have experience in presenting technical topics to large audiences
