Job Description

• Prepare and send out packets, applications, contracts and other correspondence by e-mail or fax
  
• Write letters, make labels, and fax cover sheets
  
• Perform online searches and verification
  
• Update spreadsheets
  
• Collaborate with provider services department on setting up profiles for new provider contracts
  
• Enter profile data into SLPTele (homegrown credentialing database)
  
• Well versed with CAQH Application processing
• Assist contracting specialist in US with task completion
  
• Perform other activities and responsibilities as assigned
