Job Description

State Head Fund Raising New Business
Responsible to lead a team of up to 5 Corporate fund raisers.
Lead fundraising planning process for the region to achieve income targets.
Achieve annual team target of getting Rs.10 Cr worth of new grants each year.
Create & Maintain Database of potential donors.
Represent organization at forums, events.
Research and identify potential funding opportunities from institutional donors and corporates.
Plan & Execute Employee Giving Programs, Cause Related Marketing Campaigns
Must-have:
Minimum 12-15 years of experience in donor fund raising/ resource mobilization/ business development.
Great people skills to create new and maintain existing relationships
Must have met annual sales revenue of 5-10 Cr in previous jobs
Should have led teams in a sales/BD function.
Extensive experience in acquiring new clients.
