Job Description
ICT is actively looking for Procurement Specialist.Project: Project Management Consultant for Rajasthan State Highway Development Program-II (RSHDP-II) {Package: No. WB/RSHDP-II/PMC}, (Length-765 km) (World Bank funded) India.
Qualification Required: He / She shall be at least civil engineer having post graduation in Management /Procurement or MBA with Finance / Project Management.
Experience Required:
He/ She shall have minimum 15 years of relevant professional experience.
He / She should possess a degree in Civil Engineering or and Management with at least 10 years of experience in Procurement and Contract Management out of which he should have at least 5 years experience of procurement and Contract Management in external aided projects (i.e. WB, ADB, JICA etc).
The candidate shall be conversant with the prevailing guidelines of World Bank for the procurement of Consultant, works and goods.
He / She shall have through knowledge of FIDIC document.
The candidate should also have experience in drafting and negotiating agreements with different kinds of service delivery methods.
Experience in PPP contracts in the last 5 years would be an advantage.
He / She shall have knowledge and experience of management of various types of contracts like item rate, OPRC and PPP type contracts.
He / She shall have detailed knowledge of preparation of EOI, RFP, BID document, Contract agreement of various kinds of contract and its bid evaluation, negotiation and contract agreement.
