Pre-Sales product demonstration
Designing technical and commercial proposals
Responding to RFI/RFP documents
Understand, translate and map clients functional or business requirements to
the product offerings and help customer evaluate the benefit.
Ensure a smooth transition to technical teams of the business and functional
requirements agreed with the customer and enable initial hand holding and
relationship building with the customer.
Roles and Responsibilties
Collaborating closely with the sales team in the identification of customer
needs
Conducting Pre-Sales product demonstration
Designing technical and commercial proposals
Responding to RFI/RFP documents
Understand, translate and map clients functional or business requirements to
the product offerings and help customer evaluate the benefit.
Ensure a smooth transition to technical teams of the business and functional
requirements agreed with the customer and enable initial hand holding and
relationship building with the customer.
Heading the Proof of Concept (POC) developments while presenting POC
application to key stakeholders on the potentials
Sharing inputs to Sales team on the competitive landscape while providing new
developments.
Providing Collateral, Case Studies, and Whitepapers while assisting the sales
team for pitches
Building reusable collateral while contributing to the knowledge repository
