Job Description

Urgent need for an IT MNC with global presence requires Oracle HCM Functional resource.on an immediate basis This job is available on rolls of Software Data(India) Ltd offering this work opportunity at WhiteField in B'lore location.

Job skills (any one of these skill):
Skill 1. Core HR - Payroll with BI reporting
Skill 2. Core HR - Absence Management with BI reporting

Core HR- Worked on Employment Transactions, Organizations structures, Security roles and related things.

Payroll (Must Have skill) - Worked on Payroll Elements and related things, Payroll definitions and Payment Methods, Payroll Process, Costing and Balance initializations.

Absence- Worked on Absence types and Plans,UK statutory concepts and Reasons and certifications.

Functional knowledge in Oracle HCM Absence Management Module and Core HR concepts
Working knowledge of different Absence Plan like Accruals, Qualification and No-entitlement
Knowledge of Absence types like Sick Leave, Annual Leave, Vacation Leave, Marriage Leave, Compassionate Leave, Maternity leave, Paternity Leave etc.
UK legislation experience in Oracle HCM Absence Management projects
Write Test cases and defect tracking using JIRA or any other standard tool.
