Job Description
- SW Technology & Platform Leadership - Capability to work under tight deadlines and responding to changing business conditions
- Define and Execute Global SW Platform strategies and continual improvement in technology, software development processes and Tools
- Establish & execute software platform efforts for an industry leading User Experience/Workflow and application development & delivery framework that is scalable across the product portfolio
- Instil a rigorous approach to SW design reliability, support target costing for new projects
- Drive a culture that ensures outstanding compliance and adherence to project quality in all areas for the Quality Management System in Evolute
- Strong communication skills with proven ability to work and achieve results in cross-functional teams across Evolute.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- To lead and manage software services division team for quality delivery of the assigned projects on time
- Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation and creativity
- Identify, compare, select and implement technology solutions to meet current and future needs
- Develop, track and control the development of annual operating and capital budgets for software services division
- Track, analyze and monitor technology performance metrics
- Oversee all system design and changes in system
- Co-ordinate and drive the projects with external organization's as and when required
Required Candidate profile
- Engineering Degree/Masters in Electronics and communication, E&E, Computer Science or Instrumentation Technology
- Experience in development of E-Commerce, SaaS, Payments applications, Cloud ERP, VAS, PaaS
- Experience with managing and leading IT projects and teams is a must
- Should have executed the projects as per the design life cycle with software architecture defining domain expertise
- Strong working experience with Mobile Applications, Android platform, Java, C, C++, Linux, Application porting, payment gateway and switch integration, Protocol Stack/Application Interface development, EMV L3 application development, MDM, TMS solutions
- Should have knowledge on EMV L1, EMV L2 certification, Rupay, Qspark, Contactless L1 certification, PayWave certification, PayPass certification, PCI/PTS certification, UIDAI RD service management and Management server. Knowledge on embedded Security Protocols for devices and web platforms
- Should have worked on POS platforms.
- Proficient in Technologies like Hardware basics, IOT platform development, cloud computing, Block chain crypto currencies like etherium, Bitcoin, Mechine learning, AI, Data Analytics and knowledge on Fintech Indian & industry would be an added advantage.
- Very strong business insight and driven to deliver an optimal user experience
