Dear Candidate,Greetings of the day!
We are Hiring for Head of Projects, experience-20-25 Normally Reports To (UJR)---------CEO, Maximum Age----------50 years. Accountabilities
Conceptualization of manufacturing plant layout - Designing and finalization of plants layouts w .r. to cGMP, safety and
aesthetics.
Preparation of URS, P&&IDS && ULDS
Equipment and Vendors selection and finalization Based on the process, cGMP requirement and market survey to select
right equipment from good vendors.
Finalization of HVAC scheme, Area classification, pressure zoning, evaluation of tender documents of HVAC, c GMP
requirements etc.
Sizing and finalization of schemes for Purified water, Process water generation, and distribution, preparation of tender
documents evaluation of technical bids submitted by vendors.
Preparation of concept note on Automation for plant - Selection of appropriate automation system for plant-based
on previous experience and discussion with various Automation vendors, considering the future requirement of
validation as 21 CFR Part 11.
Conceptualization of Electrical system, central utility system and drainage system in the plant - Discussion on layouts and
distribution philosophy of Electrical, central utility and drainage system.
Preparation of costing module Based on experience and other references from various vendors, preparation of budget
module for the plant including civil, mechanical, electrical, and automation cost, etc.
Preparation of execution schedule and mobilize agencies according to schedule and ensure project execution within
budgeted timeline and cost.
To develop various vendors and deal with various Machine manufacturers, contractors for project and plant execution
work.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Include Additional Certification Required if any-----------------------------------------------Necessary: BE / B Tech in Engineering discipline, PGD in Management / Project Management
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
Type of roles (and duration) which an
individual ideally should have done in his/her
prior experience to be detailed-----------Necessary Minimum 25 year experience in engineering and project should be working on an independent charge of engineering and project function in a biopharma, pharma industry.
