Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:- Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy to help drive engagement and website traffic
- Define the most important social media KPIs
- Manage and oversee social media content
- Measure the success of every social media campaign
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer
- Work with designers to ensure content is appealing and is consistent with our brand
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams
- Monitor user engagement and suggest content optimization
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers that align with our brand via social media to create a strong network and partnered content
- Provide constructive feedback
- Monitor competitor social media channels and create competitor analysis
- Report directly to the CMO
Requirements and Qualification: - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best practices
- Experience with growing and managing social media accounts that have a minimum of 50,000 followers
- Understanding of social media metrics
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- Familiarity social media marketing tools such as Buffer
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
