. Category Management: Ensure timely production and delivery of stock- to ensure adequate stock levels at PH. Provide inputs in offering the correct product mix to maximise sales and to identify gaps in product offering. To use excess stock to plug in last minute fabric rejections. To constantly review the status of the different styles and take corrective action in case of delay in any styles

2. Vendor Management: Introduction of new vendors, selection and vetting of new vendors capacity in terms of pricing and production capability. Negotiate on any aberration of costing closed by pre- production team. Manage existing vendors - ensure that the quantities allocated to the vendors match their capacities and their skill sets. Conduct vendor visits to check the production status of orders

3.Production and order placement: PO distribution to PHs and DPs. Ensure fabric orders and garment orders are placed in sync with each other. Resolution of issues arising during the order tracking process. Ensure compliance to production protocols / systems to facilitate on time delivery.

4.Costing: Cost negotiations for Job work orders

5.Quality: Assist the quality team to establish and communicate the standard specifications for the fabric, lining, trims, buttons etc.

6.MIS Documentation: Ensure filing is done properly that leads to efficient document retrieval

7.Photo-shoots and Promotions: Coordinate with the communication department for market promotions and VM material. To make available the products for photo-shoots to communication department

8.Team Work:. To provide support, motivation and encouragement to colleagues and team members. To work collectively and in collaborating manner across departments for enhanced productivity
