Responsibilities:
The IT Business Analyst will be responsible for the following areas:
Ensured that applications meet business requirements and systems goals, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify and resolve systems issues.
Follow industry trends and implement best practices to improve business processes.
Facilitate working sessions with stakeholders to determine business requirements and review documentation.
Act as an advisor to the business on areas of risk in application configurations, possible improvements, efficiency, optional methods and best practices.
Experience with testing, and documentation in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
Perform Starter steps like Create Implementation Users, View All data roles, Load/Manage Geographies.
Manage Enterprise HCM Information and Legal Entity HCM Information.
Set up and Maintain Enterprise structure and Workforce structures.
Involved in the Complete testing of the Employee Transfers and 2-Tier and 3-Tier employment model.
Very strong in the configuration of the US Payroll elements, salary basis and payroll configuration.
Involved in the personalization of SAAS model environment.
Data Loading/Conversions using HCM Data loader (HDL) which includes the Workforce structure data, Worker data, Work relationships data, Salary info etc.
Configure custom Workflow routing rules for all Manager self-services and Employee Self-services with help of Area Responsibilities.
Involved in resolving Production Support issues relating to creation of Characteristic Fields, Value Fields, and assigning value to Value Fields.
Worked on fast formulas in Payroll.
Develop HCM Extracts/OBI Reports for Global HR.
Prepared Test Scripts, Test Scenarios and Test results documents.
Involved in Regression testing of multiple offerings.
Worked closely with Business while UAT Testing.
Tested All the Tasks and business process flows related Payroll, Global HR and Talent Management.
Involved in End-to-End testing of Global HR, Payroll and Talent Management.
Build Custom Security to Oracle HCM Cloud which includes Create/Modify Data roles and its Security Profiles, Job Roles, Application Roles and Duty Roles.
Handled complex HR interface issues & involved in the Major HR full load and delta load files transmission from ORACLE to legacy systems.
Handled regression testing and file path migrations for inbound and outbound process.
Involved in Testing on Core HR and Payroll modules.
