Position : Customer Relationship Executive

Location : Mumbai

Responsibilities :
  • Sourcing new customers, enhancing existing relationships, analyzing needs, cross sell of products & services.
  • Handling walk in customers, providing service quality, Daily coordination with head offices, Complaint resolution within TAT, Daily CIBIL Logins on step by step complaints and queries of new customer / existing customers.
  • Movement of CASA Forms, Service Enquiry to the existing and related products & services of customers, adherence to process.
  • Handling the Cashier responsibility in absence of Cashier.
