Job Description

What we're looking for:

You will be a software engineer with hands - on experience in development and cloud Operations You will come with experience in site reliability and DevOps. You should have strong technical communication and problem - solving skills and the ability to engage and interact with numerous external teams.

You will develop software and provide hands - on technical expertise to design, deploy, and optimize Cloud services. Drive technical architecture and standards/process to deliver the best customer experience.

Role Responsibilities

You will develop software to enhance Cloud services delivery and management.
Maintain services once they are live by measuring and monitoring availability, latency and overall system health.
Will work with Product Development, Product Management, QA, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful deployments and address service delivery issues.
Triage and Remediate critical production issues to ensure uptime and reliability of the system.

Basic Qualifications

You will have a degree in Engineering (B.Tech or M.Tech )
Have at least 3 years of experience in software development lifecycle.
Have e xperience with Cloud Computing platforms (Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, Rackspace, IBM Softlayer)
Have e xperience with algorithms, data structures, complexity analysis, software design and debugging on Windows/Linux platforms.
Have e xperience in one or more of the following : C#, Java, Python and Ruby.
You will have good understanding of automation frameworks like Chef, Puppet, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, Serverless architectures
Have a strong f oundation in secure operational practices key handling, access control, threat remediation.

Preferred Qualifications

You will have Interest in designing, analyzing and troubleshooting large - scale distributed systems.
Have experience in frameworks like logging platforms like NewRelic, Splunk
You posses a systematic problem - solving approach, coupled with strong communication skills and a sense of ownership and drive.
Have experience in network analysis/, Windows/Linux system level analysis
