Hyderabad, Pune & Jaipur

Specifications

Basic understanding of the life insurance life cycle
Graduate proficient in MS Excel
3-5 Yrs of Insurance operations exposure
Exposure to Branch operations
Regional Language command and Proficient in English
Renewal experience
Good in Excel and Power point presentation

Job Descriptions:

As per process follow up for clearance of pending proposals with respective branches/channels

As per SOP's handling & processing of Policy Servicing related queries & requests.

Coordinating for the collection of first year Renewal Premiums.

Interacting and building relationship with the stakeholders for a smoother process flow.

Customer interaction and attending walk-in customers at the corporate office/branch office.

Managing all MIS activity of the process and share as per schedule

* working Hours as per allotted shifts [(9 to 5 OR 10 to 6 OR 11 to 7) & 6 days week working ]
