Position at Ingram Micro
- Have 3 - 4 year experience to cover following main technology:
- ASP.net, MVC, C#,SQL server 2008+, Java script, Jquery, Web services.
- Develop solutions as per requirements and coding standards with minimal errors, adhering to timelines & quality consistently.
- Ensure participation in database design process.
- Experience with code versioning tools (TFS, git) and process
- Ensure proper Error Handling and Exception Handling
- Technical Analysis of the given technical andor functional specifications or a CR
- Understands the business requirement in its entirety and provide correct solutions.
- Highlights risks or issues.
- Effectiveness and validity of defectscomments raised
- Ensure unit test case document and results are updated to user storiestickets.
- Use ticketing to facilitate discussion and ask questions to the stakeholders.
- Ensure proactive and consistent communication with internal external team stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge AgileScrum methodology, Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket is preferable

- Knowledge of ITIL. ITIL foundation certification will be a plus.
- Agile & Scrum knowledge as well as JIRA mandatory.
- Production support - 100%
- Follow ITIL support procedure and provide daily support service.
- Receive incident tickets from Level 1 (support desk) , contact customer to understand the nature of the issue and provide support service to restore the IT service back to normal within SLA.
- Working with business team and provide recommendation of workaround to restore the IT service.
- Follow up with tickets closely and provide regular communication to business of ticket status.
- Drive the problem management process of those repeating incidents.
- Good communication and problem solving skills.
