Preferred Experience- 2 to 5 Years Of Experience in General Insurance Company/ Insurance Broking Company

Key Accountabilities-

1. Selling Car, Health and Travel Insurance to the leads provided by the management
2. Closing monthly insurance renewals by providing comparative quotes from various insurers.
3. Customer Services to include handling in-house footfall, answering phones and greeting customers.
4. Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospective customers.
5. Understanding customer requirement and closing sales.
6. Responding in a timely and effective manner to all internal communication.

What we are looking for in a candidate

1. Must be efficient in converting inbound calls, walk-in customers into sales.
2. Should be Confident & Dynamic.
3. Should have a bent towards Sales.
4. Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
5. Good negotiation skills.
