JOB DISCRIPTION FOR THE DESIRED CANDIDATES

Beat planning and route planning, managing and running schemes
Maintain dailysalesreport, managing all the distributorssalesmen in the area
Capable to make franchisee in every panchayats.
Maintaining the existing distributors in the assigned territory.
Responsible for the distribution and display of range of products in the area assigned to him in order to achieveSales
Visibility - To ensure the availability, visibility, displays of our entire range of our products.
Meeting the new Targets like dealers & dairy farms and converting them into new clients.
Arranging training / workshops for key clients in territory on monthly basis.
Meeting all key clients (business drive) to ensure their high satisfaction level.
Taking help of the distributors & dealers and seniormanagers, to create the new leads for the business.
To ensure that Company client's satisfaction levels are always high in terms of product delivery, technical &marketing

Participate and evaluate campaigns and Field Staff review meets.
