Job Description
Job Specifications: Officer/ Sr. Officer
Job Duties / Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Ensure process Quality for all the processes as per ISO 9001 : 2015 standards
Implement Security and privacy controls as per IS Policy and ISO 27000 standards.
Implementing ISO 22301 as per BCMS framework.
Ensuring effectiveness of all controls identified and listed as per ISO standards and COPC requirements
Facilitating and coordinating for internal & external audits for the organization.
Knowledge:
Knowledge on Quality Management ISO 9001, Information Security ISO 27001 & BCMS ISO 22301.
Security, data privacy and protection.
Documents/Reports:
Helping in preparation of internal audit report after the respective audits.
Maintain and track security and data privacy policies and procedures.
Implementing and maintaining all the process related documents.
Collation & tracking of incident reports.
Conducting tests relating to ISO 22301 (TT, BCM Drills etc.) and bringing out improvement at weak areas
Documentation for ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 22301 , COPC
Qualifications
Graduation (from any background depending on the domain)
Preferred certifications in InfoSec and Audit e.g. ISO 27001 LA,ISO 9001:2015 LA, CISA, CEH
Soft skills required:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good client interfacing and interpersonal skills
Good mentoring skills
Energetic and self driven individual
Self motivated and team worker
Work Experience:
Exposure in Information Security, audit and Risk Management will be preferred.
