Job Description
We are looking for an experienced, passionate and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
- Introspect & brainstorm creative ideas that drive strategy, content & campaigns
- Coordination with the-client's for their requirements in order to meet their respective deadlines and manage their end to end social media
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Work with designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
- Ensure the monthly social media calendars are finished on time
- Manage and oversee social media content
- Provide constructive feedback Collaborate with Social Media, Web design and SEO teams
- Present to Senior Management
Desired Competencies:
- You should have up to date knowledge of the best social media and user engagement practices.
- You should not only understand digital marketing but also be interested in behavioural economics.
- You should have a passion for using social media platforms as a means to communicate with audiences and deep understanding of what motivates people to engage with brands through them.
- You should have a creative bent of mind & shouldn't be afraid to think outside the box.
- You should understand numbers & metrics and should be able to derive insights to improve results. If you know what APIs and Databases do, even better.
