Candidates with more than 5 year of experience in insurance sales, CASA sales, credit card sales, direct marketing can apply

Job Role:

• To grow the agency business to targeted GPW numbers with a team of Agency Managers in the branch. Focus on building a large sustainable book of business and base of agents
• Handle key relationships in the branch with personal focus
• Performance screening of all agents allotted and taking appropriate action as may be required from time to time
• Handhold agency manager with regular trainings and joint field work, Responsible for overall administration, operations and statutory compliance activities of the branch, with support from the corporate office
• Responsible for hygiene of business sourced by the branch with constant quality check
