To grow the agency business to targeted GPW numbers with a team of Agency Managers in the branch. Focus on building a large sustainable book of business and base of agents. Handle key relationships in the branch with personal focus,

o Tracking & enabling performance of the Agency managers on a regular basis.

Handhold agency manager with regular trainings and joint field work, Responsible for overall administration, operations and statutory compliance activities of the branch, with support from the corporate
Responsible for hygiene of business sourced by the branch with constant quality check
