Job Description
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Operations and vendor governance experience in the consumer electronics hardware industry or consulting and supply chain.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong data analysis and communication skills.
- Ability to engage and lead efforts with Business, Operations, Finance and Engineering teams.
- Strong program management skills within a fast-paced, ambiguous, cross-functional environment.
- Proven ability to effectively manage, influence, negotiate, collaborate to meet rigorous operational performance.
- Oversee Google s consumer Hardware day-to-day service operations for India market, ensuring all business goals are met.
- Define and drive performance metrics, scorecards, and regular business reviews with partners related to reverse logistics operational results.
- Build innovative continuous improvement programs with cross-functional partners to ensure we are building world-class support of customer s returns and repairs.
- Carefully track and manage to unique specifications required by local retail partners and internal Quality teams. Build solid visibility channels for keeping the central team in Mountain View well and timely informed of activities in the region.
- Be accountable for all performance results and financial obligations in the country. Travel required to Google s offices located in India, APAC, and Mountain View.
