RESPONSIBILITIES
Developing database and undertake research
Leading a team of researchers
Developing case studies
Organizing workshops and seminars
Publication of white papers and newsletter
Building external relationships
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Qualification :
Preferably PhD.
MBA or Masters level degree from reputed institutions with excellent academic credentials and adequate research experience may also be considered
Proven high quality research capabilities using different methodologies to lead a research team
Strong proven people skills
Ability to take initiative and conceptualise independently
Proven leadership qualities
Proven experience in research, publications and case writing
