Greeting All,We have an urgent requirement for Optometrist and eye wear consultant in Titan Eye Plus:
Salary - Negotiable
Experience- 0 to 8 years (fresher only with diploma in optometry can apply)
Qualification- Graduate and Diploma in optometry is must
Job Profile for Opometrist:
1. Conducting refraction by following all the steps and processes required for doing the eye test. 2. Sales of Contact lenses 3.Analysis and solving trouble shooting 4. Conducting quality checks-pre and post fitting of spectacles. 5.Ensuring process compliance regarding refraction clinic and contact lens clinic processes.
Job Profile for Eye Wear Consultant:
- Monthly secondary value target achievement of the store.
- Maintaining average UCP of brands.
- BTL promotions, tele- calling customers, informing about new schemes.
- Stock maintenance.
- Customer Loyalty, customer handling, convincing, upgrading, customer complaints, process compliance.
- Understanding of customer's actual need and guiding them.
