This job requires a strong understanding of business operations General management experience is essential for working in this job. Needs to have excellent networking skills. Need to deliver the highest standards of customer service. The ability to recruit staff and monitor performance. Excellent English communications skills and ability to manage diverse and multi-cultural teams To effectively manage operations, need to have knowledge and experience of the sector their company operates within. They must fully understand the products and services provided by their company. A Country Manager with experience of living abroad is desirable. They will also need to be sensitive to cultural differences. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the implementation, planning, monitoring and reporting of YTRs Channel partner activities across India ensuring that a strong strategic direction is maintained in ERP sector Accomplishes information technology staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures. Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities. Able to manage a team of 15 to 20 engineers and ensure quality delivery within defined schedule Maintains organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies. Directs technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects. Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and data center. Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action. Remain updated and ensure that the programme remains relevant and responsive Ensure compliance of the office with local legislation, YTRs policies and procedures. Lead on regular communications and consultations with YTRs Policy and Communications Division, regarding the YTR programmes strategic priorities Ensure effective communication and reporting between YTR operations and Technical staff. Ensure that programme activities are well-documented and that analysis and reports are shared with the rest of the organisation.
