Job for Java/ J2EE Senior Software Engineer in Indore - Virim Infotech Java/ J2EE Senior Software Engineer Java/ J2EE Senior Software Engineer Job Code VI015 Looking for an experienced individuals for building cutting edge products. An excellent understanding of software design and design patterns, good debugging skills and a solid work ethic are essential requirements. The candidate must be self-driven and self-managed with the ability to operate effectively with little oversight though collaboration and feedback from the business will be essential drivers in the direction of the product. Strong communications skills are a must with a high emphasis on the ability to explain technology in business terms and to express opinions clearly in a straightforward manner. Key Responsibilities Lead a team of resources to develop complex, hi-volume, self-service internet and mobile applications and provide production assurance support. Support implementation of programs (or components of programs) to meet business discretionary needs. Support implementation of projects (or components of projects) to meet business plan of record. Support implementation of new development methodologies in the Agile spectrum to transform development and delivery processes. Work with CTO to implement design charters in order for application enhancements to be compliant with technology roadmap. Key Skills A degree in Computer Science or related experience.
