Job Description
We are looking for Manager / Sr. Manager - Projects & Engineering at Vizag location.
Job profile :
- Co-ordination for Engineering and concepts to consultants for API projects and to API sites engineering teams for in-house projects.
- Experience in Green field / Brown field projects.
- To check and approval of drawing layout .plan etc
- Participate in detailed Engineering Floor layouts, Equipment layouts, P&IDs, Isometrics etc.
- Participate in Utility Concept Notes and working
- Generate cost estimations for project and Cash flow scenarios.
- Study and comment on HVAC Concepts, System and Pressure Zonings.
- Equipment Selection and initial Techno-Commercial negotiations with vendors.
- To monitor project execution happening as per Specifications.
- To monitor project timelines as per Bar Charts.
- To monitor Project Cash Flows
- To check Bills and reconciliations.
- Conduct FAT trials at Vendors place.
- Self-inspection Audits of API manufacturing sites
- Attend Weekly project meetings at API sites.
- Planning and execution of all Daily Maintenance jobs of Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance at API plants through own as well as outsourced resources with focus on safety, availability, productivity & quality thus helping organization in carrying out related planned & Predictive Maintenance Activities to improve the equipment availability for operations.
- TQM- Drive TQM initiatives & ensure all TQM initiatives to be followed and maintained in their respective areas
- Cost & Budget Preparation of Budgets for equipment.
- Assessment & procurement of present assets for spares
- Oversee projects, organizational improvements in API plants
- Oversee daily management and policy management related activities.
- Minimize breakdowns and work on improving breakdown management and Shut down management
Job Location : Vizag
Experience : 10 years plus experience in Pharmaceutical API Industry
Education : B.E. - Mechanical / B.E.- Chemical from reputed Institute
