Job Description

Doctor Referral
  • Responsible for expanding market share by exploring all possible avenues(PSUs, government, corporate, online marketing)
  • Accomplishing daily target of meeting doctors.
  • Meeting doctors regularly and getting in touch with doctors untouched for long.
  • Explain doctors only about those details they are interested in.
  • Generating leads through doctor referrals.
  • Liable to expand referral market share
  • Promotion of all specialties in respective target audience
  • Responsible to achieve specialty wise IP/OP targets
  • Conducting CME in presence of particular specialty doctor.
  • Creating awareness about different specialties and doctors through Doctor Engagement Activities in all possible ways adhering to the protocol levied for each activity
  • Assist in all possible manner for all Branding & Promotion related activities
  • Conceptualize, conceive and constructively design marketing campaigns
  • Analysing the markets and competitors in them
  • Identify gaps in patient satisfaction and take corrective measures to improve by delighting them
  • Meeting KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and conducting CME (Continuous Medical Education) programs abiding to the marketing plan and overall organizations objective
  • Identifying and mapping target audience for promoting super specialty departments.
  • Ensuring all activities undertaken are in strict adherence with the brand standard pre-decided in Brand Manual
