Job Description

a. Monitor L1 & L2 teams related work assignment
b. Monitor & control age of the tickets
c. Monitor & control top 10/20 tickets
d. Interact with internal teams for closure of tickets.
e. Work on productivity improvement measures for tickets.
f. Meetings with customer representative for disputed tickets
g. Ensure RCA for tickets & for process defect if any
h. Adhering to SLAs & related RCA
i. Ensure ticket workflow process is followed & team is updating the status & stop clock
