Job Description

Hiring for a patent attorney with chemistry background for Mumbai & Bangalore.

Job Description:

1. Associate in the Organic Chemistry patent prosecution practice.
2. Handling of patent searches, drafting, filing, prosecution, freedom-to-operate opinions and allied matters.
3. Reporting to Senior Team Members & Partners.

Ideal Candidate:

1. Masters or equivalent in B. Sc. / M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry.
2. Patent Agent with 2 to 5 years of PQE in patents.
3. Experienced in patent searches, patent drafting and patent prosecution practice.
4. Experience working in other IP Law Firm(s) or in-house.
Skills Required:

1. Self-starter.
2. Sound communication skills.
3. Independently handling clients/team members within the firm.
4. Attention to detail.
