Hiring for Patent Attorney with Electronics & Telecom Background for Mumbai

Job Description:

1. Senior Associate in the ELectronics & Telecom patent prosecution practice.
2. Handling of patent searches, drafting, filing, prosecution, freedom-to-operate opinions and Allied matters.
3. Management of junior team members and reporting to senior team members and Partners.

Ideal Candidate:

1. Masters or equivalent in B.Tech. Electronics/Telecommunication, Mechanical
2. Patent Agent with 3 to 5 years of PQE in patents.
3. Experienced in patent searches, patent drafting and patent prosecution practice.
4. Experience working in other IP Law Firm(s) or in-house.
Skills Required:
1. Self-starter.
2. Sound communication skills.
3. Independently handling clients/team members within the firm.
4. Attention to detail.
