Project Manager III
7-12 yearsAny Graduate/ Post Graduate preferably (Organization Behavior, Organizational Psychology, or mass communication background or MBA)
7 years of total experience (preferred Exp is 10 plus years)
Manages the execution of projects (initiatives) at site level. Develops, prioritizes and submits plans, budgets and methodologies across a range of key initiatives. Takes ownership and drive end to end implementation of a set of initiatives. Communicate, coordinate with other leaders, US management and ensure strategic initiative, projects are monitored, advises on project alternatives; monitors progress and performance against the project plan; identifies and resolves operational problems and minimizes delays. Evaluates and authorizes changes that significantly impact the organizationExcellent Communication skills,1. Plans, directs, and ensures successful management and delivery of designed business solutions utilizing the complete resources of the project management teams. Identifies, evaluates and develops methods and procedures that are efficient, effective and meet good business standards. Sets team priorities, communicates progress and ensures ongoing alignment to the organization s strategic objectives.
