We need Team Leader - operations for our travel Vertical (myflightsearch.com) JOB DESCRIPTION
Managing Escalation calls for the team; including follow up with customers to make sure needs are being met.
Effectively converts customer escalations into business outputs.
Understand organisation vision and goals on revenue.
Should communicate monthly goal sheet and share daily targets for key commercial parameters
Role incumbent has to drive multi KPI interface which include Overall revenue, Cross Sell, Conversion etc.
Conducts timely team meets and huddles to facilitate engagement activities and address team issues.
Ensure follow up review is completed for all initiated activities
SKILLS REQUIRED
Should have minimum 4 years of experience and atleast 2years working as Team lead in international Travel domain
Experience on GDS (sabre and Amadeus) and thorough knowledge of travel processes.
24/7 Flexibility to work in shifts
Pro-active attitude, intellectually curious, creative and self-motivated
