Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities Responsible for handling the technical team with minimum supervision and must be capable of growing to the managerial level and provide ideas/suggestions for new practices in making the management of projects smoother. Responsible for facilitating conversations between Business Stakeholders, Developers/Testers in an incremental, iterative fast paced product development environment and reducing extensive documentation and length of the feedback loop in product development projects. Responsible for managing and delivering all IT core processes which define requirements and plan project lifecycle deployment. Responsible for working closely with the Development team in the definition, testing, training, implementation and support of functional requirements. Responsible for resource utilization and project teams to achieve successful delivery. Responsible for co-ordination with the team and the clients as and when required.

Required Candidate profile

Candidate must have minimum 2 years' experience in Team Leader level and must be a capable candidate to grow to the Managerial level.

Project Management Training/Certification will be a plus.

Experience in working with US clients and US Healthcare will be a plus.

Experience in Zend Framework will be a plus.

Candidate must have flair to learn and grow and mould a team.

Candidate must have good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.

Candidate must be well versed in English Language.

Candidate must have experience in PHP, MySQL, HTML, JQuery, Javascript etc.

Candidate must have experience in JIRA Software.
