- Drive product championship of MDM to ensure existing capabilities and future direction are on pace with industry and business needs
- Develop and promote continuous improvement to enable conversion of time spent managing BAU to future strategic initiatives
- Delivery of project and production support changes / enhancement requests within defined SLA based on business priorities and demand

What will your essential responsibilities include
- Application changes completed on-time, to a target level of quality
- Timely and accurate completion of Software Development Lifecycle deliverables and standards in a manner that is applying governed, auditable, testable, and maintainable standards
- Implementation consistent with solution design and business specifications
- Ensure for technical integrity of changes made to systems
- Work Establish working relationships with stakeholders to understand deliverable priorities
- Maintain development standards for design, coding, etc.
- Perform Application Developer duties
- Support resolution of defects during application testing phases
- Estimate work requests at various levels of confidence
- Serve as a member of a Major Incident Team
- Provide transparency to stakeholders on progress against committed scope and timelines, risks and issues, and solution/integration implications
- Support migration and cut-over activities
- Support operationalizing and post go-live activities
- Translate business requirements to technical requirements for the building out of MDM capabilities
- Contribute to the architecture and design of MDM solutions / capabilities
- Proficient in Agile methodologies and scrum framework
We re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
- A minimum of four year Undergraduate University degree 3 - 5 years of experience in master data management techniques
- MDM Technical Architecture / Data Modelling
- Experience in technical areas: hierarchy management, matching/merging, data cleansing, workflows
- Experience in data migration and data integration
- Hands on experience with integration architecture and ETL technologies
- Experience in Java J2EE, SQL Server, HTML, Java Script, CSS, JQuery / Angular JS, Testing framework
- Experience in SQL Server (SQL Server 2008 and greater) and TSQL development
- Strong understanding of data analysis, data and process modeling, and relational database concepts
- Knowledge of REST API, Web Services, XML, SOAP, integration middleware such as MuleSoft, etc.
- Knowledge of Tomcat, Weblogic, IBM Websphere build process
- Knowledge of Insurance Industry and Party Data
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem solving and analysis skills
- Key focus on delivery and quality
- Strong Organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ensures adherence to agreed processes, methodologies, standards, and timelines
- Ability to implement processes resulting in satisfactory audit practices
- Must be able to work well under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
- Ability to work as part of a team or to be self-directed as required
- Practiced at working as part of a global team spanning multiple time zones
- Understands cultural differences and is effective working in a diverse environment
- Must be prepared to go the extra mile
