ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify a pool of potential prospects who can be coded as Franchisee and Advisors
Handholding of Advisor & Franchisee
Drive Advisor & Franchisee productivity and progression
Will be responsible for Training of Advisors & Franchise
Recruiting Agents, Developing Business through them, Booking Business.
Should have good market knowledge.

Preferred Industry- Life Insurance, Health Insurance

Candidate Specification- Should be from Health Agency Vertical.
