Job Description

Immediate Opening for Process Associate Voice Night Shift

Will be handling inbound calls
Should possess experience in US voice process for minimum of 2 years
Should possess very good written and Oral communication skills.
Experience in Utilities management or Real estate related processes are preferred.
Should be detail oriented and have NO or minimal accent.
Should know MS office basics : Word, Excel.
Should be ready to work in night shift and in Handling inbound and outbound calls.
