ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify a pool of potential prospects who can be coded as Franchisee and Advisors
Handholding of Advisor & Franchisee
Drive Advisor & Franchisee productivity and progression
Will be responsible for Training of Advisors & Franchisee
Recruiting agents
Handling Motor and Non Motor Business.
Agents recruitment, developing business, Achieving Monthly Targets.

Industry Preference- General Industry.

Candidates will be preferred from Agency Vertical only.
